The Territory Kitchen and Bar is the restaurant located on the first floor of the Hilton Garden Inn. It is right near the Convention Center. Since I was staying at the Garden Inn, I had breakfast at the Territory one day, and dinner and a few beers on another day. The breakfast was a buffet. I think it was something like $23, which I thought was quite a lot for serve-yourself scrambled eggs sausage and bacon. It was certainly okay, but I think you could get a much nicer breakfast for a similar price at a few other places in town. As far as the dinner, I had the shrimp tacos and buffalo chicken wings. Overall pretty good, but certainly nothing special. Several good beers to choose from. I had a fairly interesting graham crackers Stout. I forget where it was from. Good conversation with the bartender.
A fairly cozy bar/restaurant with a subdued atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpful and the food, excellent. The bison meatloaf was superb, and as I'm admittedly rather anti-brussel sprouts, the substituted braised carrots were well done.
Came here for breakfast twice while staying at the hotel. Definitely better if you arrive early, as the buffet just sits there and may not get changed out with fresh stuff, depending on supply and demand. Super sweet server staff and nice, clean and cute decor.
Newly remodeled. New menu everything seems to be fresh made. The Gochujang wings are amazing. The flavor is something I have never had. I would recommend eating here to at least try the wings.
Stopped in at the restaurant inside the Hilton Garden Inn Denver and was blown away—not just by the food, but by the service. The space looks incredible after the renovation—modern, clean, and welcoming. Liz, the bartender, made the whole experience memorable. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely fun to chat with. You can tell she cares about the guests and takes pride in what she does. Her drink recommendations were spot-on, and she created such a relaxed, upbeat vibe at the bar. The food was fresh and flavorful—definitely above your typical hotel fare. Whether you’re staying at the hotel or just in the area, it’s worth stopping by for a meal or a drink. And if you’re lucky enough to have Liz behind the bar, you’re in for a great time!
Stopped in here for lunch quick, and we had a great surprise! The food was excellent, the drinks were great, and the service was fast. I didn't know what to expect, but we had a great lunch.
